1. Check the fitting
The optician needs to check if the position of glasses is correct on the customer's face. The optician has full supervision over the process.

2. Check the customer's pose
The optician needs to check if the customer is standing in the correct position in front of the mirror before the start of the measurement.

3. Taking the images
Our application is running on an iPad which takes two images of the customer - one with the rear and one with the front camera.

4. Evaluation
After the image taking process, the evaluation takes place. Our application is AI supported which makes this process largely automatic.

5. Result
Under two minutes, the optician will get the results of all lens fitting parameters.
This is the optimal process, using MIRA Tabletop but not the only way: you can use another supporting device, the MIRA Tower, as well.

Does MIRA also measure the diopter?

Our solution doesn’t measure the diopter. We measure data that are required for perfect lens fitting, such as: pupillary distance (pd), right pd, left pd, wrap angle, box width, height and size, and fitting-height.
